Data on this site is collected from email inquiries and from applications submitted by clients. Data collected on this site may be used in the following ways:
- We use your email address for the sole purpose of processing your requested service.
Application Forms
Trusted Support Services application forms only contain data required by the government to process or check eligibility for a visa or trusted traveler program.
Application forms submitted via this website by clients who have paid our service fee are kept for 180 days in the event that the applicant makes a dispute against Trusted Support Services. In this event the application may be uploaded to payment processor to prove the applicants consent to Trusted Support Services.
Application forms submitted via this website by clients who do not pay our service fee are kept for 14 days in the anticipation that the applicant will make a service payment. After this time your application data is restricted, deleted or destroyed.
Applications from clients who cancel their service with Trusted Support Services before we have been able to carry out the subscribed service are destroyed immediately.
Note: We never print paper copies of any application form or personal data
Child Applicants
We only accept (under 18) applications for child applicants if accompanied by authorization from a client who is the child`s Parent or legal guardian. All application forms have a section for parental or guardian consent. All communication from Trusted Support Services relating to a child applicant is conducted via email to the registered email address of the parent or legal guardian.
Credit Card Information
Credit card information is used solely for the purpose of processing and certifying applications as described on the application form. Applicant’s credit card data are heavily monitored by a dedicated payments department.
Use of credit card numbers.
Emails from applicants containing credit card details are screened deleted immediately. Credit card information is only processed via our websites using secure webpages using the latest secure socket layer (ssl) technology. This does not include emails containing credit card information on an Trusted Support Services application form. Personal application data is restricted, deleted or destroyed 180 days after Trusted Support Services has carried out the contracted services.
Respecting Your Privacy
All agents and employees are trained in the implementation ofTrusted Support Services privacy policy and are committed and legally bound to protecting your personal information at all times.
We respect your privacy by not operating an outbound call center. Our staff members are not generally allowed to communicate with clients in any other way than by screened email in response to a clients question or to chase up missing information and service payment fees.
Data Security
We strive to ensure that all data sent to Trusted Support Services is protected and secure from unauthorized access at all times. We use appropriate electronic and physical management procedures to secure and safeguard the information we collect online. Such procedures include the latest in data encryption technology and firewall protection systems'.
