Trusted Support Services strives to provide every client with an efficient, reliable and flawless service. However we appreciate that there may be times when you wish to cancel our service. We provide a 45 day money back guarantee and we will refund your payment in full with no questions asked. If you submit a refund request form within 45 days and your application has not been certified with the relevant government agency then we will issue you a full refund within 1 working days.

In this instance, please contact Trusted Support Services immediately by submitting an online refund request using the refund request form below. Trusted Support Services encourages refund requests rather than disputes and You don’t have to give a reason for your refund request, please be sure to provide us with the transaction ID so that we can trace and refund your payment.  You will receive a confirmation and full refund within 1 working day of us receiving your refund notification. You must submit a refund request within 45 days of purchasing our service.

We cannot make refunds when an application has been successfully submitted according to the terms and conditions outlined on the application form, or in the event an online registration has been provided and certified with the relevant government agency, to which you agreed when you submitted your application to Trusted Support Services. If you believe that we have not carried out our work according to the terms and conditions outlined on the application form please email us – Trusted Support Services is always reasonable and we’re willing to help.

In the rare case of an application or payment dispute, Please use our simple refund procedure and allow the 1 day refund period to elapse before any escalation to avoid the full amount of your application fee being disputed by Trusted Support Services, in the event of any charge back where you have not first submitted a refund request using the form below.

If you wish to cancel or dispute your application with us without first submitting a refund request, We reserve the right in line with our terms & conditions to charge a minimum cancellation fee of $60.00 united states dollars or dispute the full payment amount where a refund request has not first been submitted with refund period of 1 working days having elapsed prior to any escalation and in all other cases for each application that you submitted to us for processing by online form, fax or email complete or not.

It is the clients total responsibility to ensure that application data is complete at time of submission.
